Cancellation Policy

Please review the following cancellation terms before placing your order with Pill Access.

1. Cancellation Window: Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests received after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Amount: If an order is cancelled within the 2-hour cancellation window, 50% of the order amount will be refunded. The remaining amount may cover processing and administrative costs.
3. Orders After Shipment: Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please make sure your order details are correct before completing your purchase.
4. Shipping Information: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Pill Access is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
5. Dispatched Orders: Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Please confirm your order details before completing your purchase.
6. Cancellation Requests: To request a cancellation, contact Pill Access customer support as soon as possible and provide your order details. Cancellation requests are subject to the terms outlined above.
