If a package is returned by the courier because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for a $65 reshipping charge if reshipment is available.

If a package cannot be delivered because no one is available to receive it, the carrier may make additional delivery attempts, hold the package for pickup, or return it to the sender according to its policies.
If a returned package needs to be shipped again, applicable reshipping charges may apply.
