How Pill Access Works

Pill Access facilitates an online care process that connects you with licensed healthcare professionals.

You submit information about your health and pregnancy through our online process. A licensed healthcare professional independently reviews the information and determines whether medication abortion is appropriate for your circumstances.

If medication is prescribed, it is fulfilled through a licensed pharmacy partner, subject to applicable requirements.

Medication Abortion Eligibility

Being in a state where Pill Access serves patients does not automatically mean that medication abortion is appropriate for every individual. Eligibility depends on your health, pregnancy circumstances, and applicable clinical requirements.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved mifepristone used with misoprostol to end an intrauterine pregnancy through 70 days (10 weeks) of gestation.
